there are 2 barely visible buttons next to th mc that you have to hit as quickly and often as possible. one is for hitting and the lower one is for kicking. i always go with the kick button.

If you have tried to do this more than once, clear the folder on the system disk and remember the location of the icons of blows, they are always in the same place.
