I don't think you even need the patch. I just played thru this (very short) update, without the patch obviously, and it worked like a charm.
Do i need this patch to have incest in this game? As the link is empty

of course not, at least not much worth mentioning, 4 AVNs are getting juggled. Wait 5 years until completed like a proper game and then you might get a 20-30 hours worth.
