Please tell me you at least have an outline of each character's arc and the whole thing plotted out?

Because right now it's looking like you're either going to write yourself into a corner that you can't recover from or create something that's so busy being twisty and creative that you don't get actual character development that makes any lewd scenes have actual impact on the player.

I have ( roughly ) 15 episodes worth of story planned out( and by planned out I mean wrote down ). I was also sure to make sure I knew the main story ending before starting, so I know where I want to take it. The only thing I don't have planned out is the middle, which I think is normal for most games, like I highly doubt Summertime Saga had 4+ years worth of game planned out when they first started. I've also got each characters arc planned out to.

Without wanting to give to much away, the game is about murder, betrayal and twists even a cork screw wouldn't see coming!

Without even playing the game yet already predicting that killer is 'childhood friend' or her sister(or both? ). Yea i said it. I don't know man i just guessed. But it is probably going to be one of the family members (maybe more than one? maybe none of them). But you never know what will happen. Looking like a really good game by the way dev good luck with this project.

Good that I always check the comment first, WTHI is one of the biggest disappointments I ever played so knowing that it is made by a member of that team I will skill the game at least for now maybe for good.

I haven't played yet, my opinion is only and purely by reading the comments.

So, I agree with Havenless_ and MrFriendly , and I understand you perfectly, after all it is a "porn / adult" game. I understand that the DEV wants a "demonstration" of the obscene content, to attract the staff and such. But, I like to believe that obscene or perverse things should not be mandatory, especially in the first updates. And it is always good to leave these things optional (to spy or not to spy, that is the question).

So in my opinion, a game with a good story (slow burning) is much better than a game where DEV plays sexual content just to include it in the game, I'm sorry with all my heart, but you tell me the MC won't to be a perverted idiot and to "force" him to touch an LI, is kind of contradictory to me. I'm not criticizing you and I hope I don't offend you, but if you want to create a cool and cool MC that attracts girls with love and such. Do this, don't create an idiotic MC and make him do idiotic things just to have some sexual content in your game, tell your story the way you imagined and originally wrote, be it a nice guy or an idiot, someone will like it in any one of the cases. I lack decent MCs in those games.

That said, I wish you the best of luck and I'm going to put your game on the spot, and I hope you create a decent MC who wins over the girls without having to be a perky idiot. When I have more content I see if this is really for me or not. Until then, good luck and success in your work.

You said something very important. I think absolutely no one expects to have a lot of lewd content in the early versions. Over everything in versions 0.1 or in this case, Episode 1 Part 1. Also, we must add that it is a game with incest. This are usually the slowest burn. It makes perfect sense that the lewd content it's presented step by step. There will be incest games that in their first version even have vaginal sex, of course. But they will be with another theme. Maybe a little more focused on fast entertaining and fast sex.

I have been waiting for this one to be released, on one hand, I get that the chapter had to be separated into parts, but I still felt that more information about the characters would have been nice, but this is not a problem we just have to wait for the next part to get a better picture.

I'm one of the players that enjoys a good story and perhaps I spend too much time analyzing the stories of the games I played, but I do prefer when the game offers more than just naked bodies, however, I think people need to tone down this new trend of asking for "Slow burns" on every game that comes out, sexual content doesn't need to be the end goal of the story it can be another step in the development of the relationships of the characters.

I say this because I know this dev its part of the WTHI team and that game had this exact problem of dragging the story too much and making excuses to avoid having sexual content with Monica, I don't know if this dev only work on the art of that game (I think he did) but I only ask that people keep in mind that a poorly made "slow burn" is just as bad as a fuck fest.

yes, if there is no NTR or at least it is optional and or avoidable like any other fetish there may be, I can put aside the sadness that there is no harem (although it would be better if there were harem sometimes when the LI have good stories or good personalities I have a hard time choosing 1 on those games and you have to go for several save for each LI )

This "Childhood friend" sound like a real bitch. Before i get too biased against her though I'll play this to see what's the cause. I can't be too judgemental without knowing if it's legit or not. This is a very important thing, in my opinion. Too many games go this route but the reasoning for it be too half hearted and left behind like it never existed after a few updates.

As you can see after typing all that above that I'm very interested to see where the game is going to go and can't wait to check this out.

Well i liked it, and i also like the future plans and tags mentioned in the comments earlier by the dev. But i do agree that if this is gonna be a more romantic style VN that the groping scene at night is probably best left out, not into that non consentual stuff myself either. A sexual relationship developing true character interaction and story events looks like a much better route to take for this game and it seems that was the original plan anyway.

The only other thing missing is choices off course, but again already been adressed by the dev and hopefully this doesn't stay as just a kinetic novel in the future

• I really dislike it when I need to define relationships in a game I've never played, with no idea about how the story plays out, and zero info about the characters, or how old they are. Need a hint.
• Input boxes for character names are difficult to know when, without constant mouse wheel action to go back and forth.

It's an interesting mystery genre game, the visuals are top notch, the models are HOT, but the storytelling is a bit of a mess, roles between chars need to be explained better, as well.

Heh. Meanwhile those of us that know astronomy and know that that is imposible are all triggered. Any planetary bodies so close to each other they violate the Roche Limit are reduced to rubble. Well, the smaller one anyway. Not like a moon getting to close to Saturn is going to reduce it to rubble. Close to the same size... Gravitational sheering, essentially. Can google it if interested, no point getting into the nitty gritty. Does end up giving you a nice ring system tho, al a Saturn. No bigs. Just a thing.
