I played the entire game, thinking the whole time it was a lot like what aburasobabiyori does, only to realize after playing it that it is actually aburasobabiyori.
The MTL is very rough and it's a tad shorter than it could have been but nice art as always.

I'm moving towards the end, but there's so much text to go through. There's still several hours of work, hopefully I can get it out tomorrow. Some parts are giving me a total headache and wasting my time for no reason, so it's going slower than expected.

設定(the third button on the top) means setting instead of volume.
教室(the botton left arrow) means classroom, and 屋上(the botton right) means rooftop

That's more like devolution for everything past edited MTL. I can tolerate edited MTLs, at least when the author has a decent grasp on English and manages to form grammatically correct sentences that also make some sense. Most MTLs do a lot worse than Textractor+TA or something like that could deliver either way, for whatever reason, so I'd rather take the original game than unedited MTLs, at least I get multiple interpretations of the text and usually something close enough is in one of the tabs.

Terrible laboratory is from the same creator, and it is in actual readable English
I'll post whatever I have atm, I don't have the time to clean up 100%. I've done I'd say 80-90%, and couldn't make it all the way. For reference, this is how long it took me thus far (add a bit more on top, because I had to reload):
But anyways: here's the translated data, should cover a good portion of the game, just replace www/data files with the zipped ones, and it should work. In case it doesn't, put the plugins js file in the js folder aswell (I don't know if it's required or not, but the translator replaced it).
There's almost no way I'll be doing MTL cleanups any time soon, I'd much rather just learn the language and translate it properly, this shit absolutely number my brain. I can't even string sentences normally anymore...

I know i like their work and Terrible lab got an official english release its an actual translation not a MTL thats what i'd like for this.

Hmmm, I already tried reporting it with "Other", saying in the information part what's what... Guess someone should try "Game update".
