Here's the story of this game, and what could have been . . .
Years ago . . . The Class Next Door presented itself as a slow burn between the MC and Tiffany.
The sex stuff was all in dreams (but at least it was in dreams, otherwise there would have been NONE AT ALL).
The game has good support because of the fantastic renders and the beautiful Tiffany.
Then, just when Tiffany is ready to do something sexual in reality with the MC, the game is abandoned.
Now it's going to be a sandbox . . . an extremely grindy sandbox with cogs that don't always click.
If you spend days clicking, you get to see Tiffany in the shower (I think that's all the farther it goes). Then that game is abandoned too.
Third game EX2 . . . wow! There are actually sexual scenes with Tiffany! And there's a fantastic threesome with the mother.
But after the threesome, it's as if it didn't happen. Tiffany and the MC don't talk about it. Game is abandoned.
New game SR comes out. It promises bondage with Tiffany. Sounds good to me. There's some scenes with Tiffany in it. They're good. But before anything even slightly kinky happens with Tiffany, the game is abandoned.
So . . . we have FOUR abandoned games.
Lots of work went into these. And the render quality is high.
And even after all these years, people still remember the very first game, and what it promised between the MC and Tiffany.
It's been something like a bait and switch.
People were getting interested again in this story after the great mom-daughter-MC threesome scene at the "end" of EX2, but then instead of developing this, the game is abandoned, and now in SR, it's a story about these other men (and boy?) and Tiffany.
So . . . everyone was led to think that this was a story about the MC and Tiffany. A slow slow burn . . . but no payoff, years later.
The renders are beautiful. Tiffany may be my favorite model in any game.
There were a number of mistakes along the way, but will developer learn from them?
There was a psychological study a while back that showed MOST PEOPLE DON'T LEARN from their mistakes, but make them again and again.
If you can learn to learn from your mistakes, you'll be ahead in life.
And the developer, if he had listened to those who were telling him he was making a mistake, would have been making great money by now, with lots of support . . . because the original game had high interest, even though people were probably right to complain that the sex scenes were only in dreams, which made them less effective.
By the way, I like all four of these abandoned games, even though they could have been much much better with a few simple changes.
No dreams, no politics, no distraction with too many other girls, no other men involved . . . just a story about the MC and Tiffany.
