For a long time, 126 was bugged for me and I couldn't get it, or progress was resetting with the FBI lady. I figured out a solution to 126 and 127 that worked for me.
Visit her by going to your dorm room from the college map menu and clicking area 1, she shows up in the third time slot i think. The trick is to only click 'need to talk to' and never choose 'how am I doing' or it resets you to an earlier state. So click 'need to talk' on one day, then keep coming back to her and asking if the boss is ready to talk to her yet. Eventually she will say to meet her in the park on Sunday night and you will talk to her and boss.
After this, just keep passing time in your dorm room and eventually after a couple weeks she will just show up in front of your computer as a sprite. While waiting for this you can talk to her just never click 'how am I doing' or it will undo some of the progress. She will set up another meeting with the boss and you will fail to act dominant enough for the boss to trust you. You complete 126.
Then wait longer, talking to her by clicking 1 from the college map and again, never clicking 'how am I doing'. Eventually you get another meeting with the boss and you will get 127.
Also, I found 151 in the bathroom (area 13), I think it was thurday or friday.
