Ok I’m on the most recent version but cannot get Transparency to complete. I go to the music room and talk to her all three options and then go to Timmy and I get nothing. So stuck on transparency and cannot complete the others with Leliana ether. Any help would be awesome

I am. I know she is blind, but only have a regular dialog with her on those nights.

How many times? The first of her achievements "Transparency" doesn't trigger until the 7th Thursday night. The next "First Shopping" doesn't trigger until after you've gotten a lockpick and made it to 10 visits. Then your next two achievements are on visit 11 and visit 12.
