Ren'Py The College [v0.58.0] [Deva Games]

I need a little help if anyone can? I have persisted and played through version 12.0 of The College and was stuck on the last few achievements. I have followed the walkthrough posted above but still no luck. I have completed all actions for First Payment (31) and Flaviya (40) but they are still showing as incomplete in the Achievement list. For the Transparency (19) Achievement I am not sure what is expected or why you need Ballet Skills and then to to Music but it does not appear to do anything, any ideas? For First Shopping (26) not sure what the "Story with Leliana" Prereq is as there is no achievement for this and I have had all conversations with Leliana. Also when you speak to Timmy there is no Tutorial only Chat as an option. No lock picks available to buy either only gas masks. Because I cannot do this achievement it means I also cannot do either of the Leliana Secrets as the Shopping is one is a prereq. I have managed to do all of the others so if I could get a little help to complete these last few I would appreciate it. Many Thanks.

v0.13.0 is available on the Patreon page,
But there appears to be a bug that will prevent the completion of Achi 46/47.
(After buying the Golf Card, when talking to "????", the game will freeze after the line "Well good game then"
Have informed Deva of this, so we may see a v0.13.1 very soon.
