Probably not. John's NTR seems to be connected to Dom John, while Chanel will probably be down the Sub John path. I doubt there will be more than those 2 major paths, much like Penny's update.

You can get Penny to "Listen to your commands above all else", turn John into Channel (even start with him transformed) and just not turn you mother into the town slut.
If you take some choices they might lead to ntr content (and they are generally not marked as such) but it is avoidable.

It's possible if you installed over a previous release. My problems with that went away when I made a fresh copy.
It's an issue where the html file is looking for an image that you have, but it's looking for it with a different name than it had before.
Like Proto Persona says above, don't use an upgrade, use a fully fresh version - completely new image pack to go with the html file.

Hey guys, I really enjoy this game and have been playing it for over a year. But I've grown kind of bored with the same gifs over and over and decided to recast many of the parts.
It's not perfect, and I haven't played through with all the variables to make sure all the pics line up right, but it did take some time and I thought some in here may appreciate it.

No, and it doesn't look like getting John back will ever become a possibility. However we will soon be getting a new route where we can dom John without turning him into Chanel.
Actual sex content between John and the MC is still stuck mostly in the bathroom and lab scenes at the moment, so no new content yet on that front either. Sex with John is coming soon though.
