I only ever saw a brief snippet of dialogue with your sister, but no events entirely pregnancy-focused.
Is the epilogue completed on the Public playable version? Or is this something the creator is still working on?

Epilogue is the final thing to be added into the game. Once it's added, the game will be considered complete
Westane has said it's looking that the Epilogue will be added 2024+
For now, cleaning up and adding content to previous characters is the goal.

Chris and John content will come in the next 2 years. The rest of 2022 is Tasha and Diana focused

Most scenes where John fucks Penny have him pull out, and there’s specifically a scene with brainwashed Penny where she complains that he never finishes inside her. This may just be luck of the draw, but the one scene I know of where he does finish in her has never resulted in pregnancy on my end. I have seen Penny impregnated by Tasha several times, in spite of having seen those scenes less.
Who was supposed to be the traitor? When I got to that point, it just appeared as an error message.

Does anyone have saves for the different endings? I have not played this game in a while and lost my saves but starting from scratch to see the endings is a pain because of the feb requirement to trigger the MCS-X event
Or is there a way to edit the date in a save editor to feb?

You can also start Free Mode. To get every serum, just upgrade the Lab. I've seen people get most of the MCX endings in like 1 and a half weeks in game
Also, there is no core endings yet. Only Serum Endings for Ava and Dakota
