Am I missing something or is there no easier way to craft multiple serums? It takes 4 whole clicks just to craft one serum. This is extremely tedious when you have a few thousand of each material needed and you want to craft a whole supply of serums.

You can upgrade the serum yield later down the line, so you can then make more than one during creation. It's just rather expensive, and still grindy.
Upgrading the Lab, and dosing Penny enough that she'll make free materials everyday help alleviate the grind a fair bit, but I'm not a fan of the grind at all, I generally just skip it with cheats.
Also if you play on the lowest difficulty you create 3 serums every time not just one. Plus if you type "BACKER" into the character creation screen you get every type of serum multiple times and 50000$ essentially erasing grinding completely.
On the sister?
Just the pornstar/dog route.
On the mother, it makes her an absolute slut that winds up having no choice but to work in the company, where she has sex with many men, with the PC, and pretty much becomes the go to "instrument" for breaking and training in the Pit.
So far, they're the only ones it can be used on, but because it causes such extreme results, it's another case of how far we're willing to push against moral/ethical standards/boundaries. Which is pretty interesting from both a role playing perspective and a personal one.
We're able to push the mother and sister into incestuous relations with our character and each other, (granted they already have those inclinations), and then be able to push them even further into the extremes, despite all the warning signs of how badly things could go. After all, our character is working for a company that specialises in human trafficking and the creation of sex slaves through chemical alteration of brain chemistry.
It really all comes down to how "monstrous" we're willing to play our character as.
I meant on other character but thanks for the answer, since other had explained what happened to Dakota and the mother. I am going to kindly put it away and wonder why Penny had this under her sleeve.
Because she's working for what is a terrifying and horrible company, and not the kind you can just sign an NDA and leave.
Whether or not she's as monstrous as the people in charge, is (so far) another matter, since we don't get much personal information about her. At least, none that I've read, and I do have a bad habit of skimming some dialogue.

It was a theoretical formula, one that she had no idea what it would do. All the other serums she comes up with, she gives you an idea of what they'll do, but the MCS-X is one she doesn't know, and seems more like a 'wonder what this will do' formula rather then something she actually intends to use.
Personally, once I found out what it did, I just made a dose for the achievement (and energy) and left it the hell alone.

@klx Can you please also link the Image pack 4d at least to that post (or in OP) so we that use the same game over and over can find this faster so we don't have to download the entire image pack all over again?
