It's basically that. If you have Ava on her own Lover Route, she'll open her room at night and the three of you sleep in the same bed.

Wait you can get both Ava and Dakota to sleep in the same bed as you? I have been trying to do that but I can figure it out. Both are in the lover routes so it should work... :[
