By now I've played through the game four times so I've seen all of those events (except the Sasha one, her giving me a buttplug is the only one I've seen), and futa mom is kinda my default play lol. I also saw all three bad ends, even a fully sub sister will start getting quite dominant with even a complete dom brother if you go the pornstar route (she just becomes a mess on the puppy route, I kinda hoped for something like in Snow Daze but I guess this is a slightly more hardcore game). Even if you are a dominant man and she's complete sub it doens't matter regarding the early morning office visit, she'll always make you suck her off if your dick is useless. Chanel (formerly John) also gets very dominant if you are a sissy or have a chasity cage and will obviously only accept any kind of sex where you are serving her, even if she's complete sub at the time.
I kinda hope they'll expand on John's route as well quite a bit, after all his model Johnny Sins have appeared in porn with pretty much all of these (including Ava and Dakota....) so utterly chuckholding you and probably transforming you as he wishes should be a part of the game.

Ok first let's try your question, the game will not have birth events because the game will not have 9 months of gameplay, the creator said something about 5-6 months, everything about pregnancies will be talked about in the endings.
While the game doesn't have an abortion system you can take a pill that makes you infertile, it would be better if it was just another option for the bathroom for example like "you are taking the pill" and "you aren't taking the pill".
Now talking about the sub content I think the same, it feels unnatural because you are forcing yourself to be a sub, none of the characters will try to force you at any point to actually be a sub and the events with the sister and mother change a lot when they are fully corrupted, I found it weird too that the sister, while submissive, would end up being dominant on scenes.
It would be kind of funny that some characters would try to force you to be the "perverted" part of your gender, meaning pushing you towards sissy or bimbo. From what I have seen in the game I get the feeling that Dakota and Tasha would be more than willing to push you into becoming a sissy and John/Sasha would enjoy pushing you towards being a bimbo. Having events about them pushing you towards what they want would be very interesting, but there would be needed 2 requirements:
1º They must know about the serums
2º They must be at the very least dominant
But well I can understand that the creator likes to keep things as optional as possible, personally I think that it should be another option or even a dream sequence that turns on or off forced events at certain situations, like "do you feel perturbed when people are glaring at you? a) No, I'm not scared about what they may think of me or want me to do, b) Those eyes... they are disturbing I don't want them to see me like that".
The game has a lot of potential and it's fun, there are so many options and things that could happen that I can't help but hope for many different things, be it dom content, sub content...
