Pure RNG, I always thought it was 50/50. You know you can click on the left twine arrow to quickly try again.
Was also unable to make futa-Ava impregnate Dakota, is that the same deal there then, pure RNG or restricted to you?

Yes, pure RNG. Just like a lot of the random events, this game has a lot of rolling the dice until you get the preferred outcome.

Is there also a way to cheat in the game itself?, Sugarhacker doesn't work anymore unfortunately

I saw that one, but you can only use it during character creation
EDIT: nevermind, game uses sugarcube now so the sugarhacker extension for chrome doesn't work anymore, instead read this topic if you want to cheat

You can go into a save file and change anything and everything you like, you just need to find the right stat and more importantly if it's one of yours the right stat in the right place. You can set max stamina to 500 if you like - although doing that breaks the picture for it as there's only coding for a max stamina of 20 (you could if you were the patient type easily copy and paste the 20 stamina picture many times and rename it to work). You can change every stat for every person as you wish and even set things like Dakota to have sex anywhere in the house without having to dose your mother.... the reactions from your mom are somewhat different when she's not dosed btw 
This has basically been discussed to death and no, the change is final. TBH I would have preferred it if he'd put in a new girl and used a shemale pornstar for it like Aubrey Kate, since this means we won't see any below the waist Tasha Reigns gifs...
