There is also a credits button on the first page for when you open the game that tells you who everyone is

If you're going into "What If?" territory, then that particular one would require bypassing the order of her being dosed, and which commands you chose to instil in her.

The obedient self-tester is the end of the pure obedience path for her.
She's already been dosed to take orders from only your character, to daily prep some chemicals, to make and sell serums and give the money to your character.

You really seem to be grasping at straws just for the sake of it.

I agree that it doesn't make any sense. The way serums worked was always by commands. Doing random stuff without any cause, repeating the same events over and over isn't a good way to handle things.

The names of the MC and family can be chosen at character creation. The MC has the option to change their first name each time they go through with the gender change dream. If there is a way to change the names of mom and sis post CC, I have not found it

In all fairness, it would be pointless adding her to the guide.
Her content is entirely linear and cannot be dosed. Maybe if/when she gets an update that changes those things, then she'd need added to the guide.

She does cause some affection loss/gain with the other characters... but there as well, the only guide to her would just be "never take her side" essentially, as it's kinda pointless to side with her (pretty sure she takes you out to the bar and is an option for the date regardless of affection).

The MC has never been able to be a herm/futanari.
