I almost hate to say it but after getting my ass handed to me for the umpteenth time I just used an editor on my save file. It's amazing how much easier it is when you're 99th level with max stats and an ungodly number of full heal potions. It did make the demon area easier, but less entertaining, but the overall game wasn't too bad. My one serious gripe, besides the sudden jump in difficulty, is the names. Spikedo? Seriously?

Can you please tell me of the save editor you use? Never used one before, so id love to try this out to get off this annoying part. Otherwise ima just drop it.

I usually find that editing the MCs stats is enough to get through most games. Also nice when you can have unlimited healing items for free too.

This sounds so similar to a manga I read. The sorcerer there lost his job for being so shit that he became a dungeon master. Female knights and heroes were sent after him and he basically collected a harem of females who love cock. He kills the king and impregnates the queen and princesses. The sad part? Complete wish fulfilment with a lack of substance. It feels like it was porn written for the sake of it. As if the person used to only write NTR and decided to make a manga instead. People say it gets better later on, but just cause a female sacrifice herself to protect her penis doesn't mean they have a personality.

Omg, I think I know exactly which manga you're talking about. I quit that one pretty early on for the same reasons though. Was like lol what is this wish fulfillment shit. I dont think that Rance served as a good example. I used to be fine with him when i was a horny teen and didn't care what happen in the game as long as there're tits. Now he just make me cringe. All Alicesoft's protagonist seem to make me cringe even though their games are good.

Yeah, I couldn't stand Rance enough to get into his games. Absolutely loved Daibanchou Big Bang Age though. Rouga might've been a cringy walking stereotype (as were most characters in there) but, at least he was a likable cringy walking stereotype. Plus, I really liked the gameplay/story. Too bad none of the other Dai series were translated. q_q

Yeah in hentai rpgs or 2d sidescrollers is mostly female protag for sure when you start looking at all the japanese indie games. IMO it's mostly because game over rape is the easiest way to add sexual content to those and seeing a girl get raped has a bigger target audience then guy/shota. Also on the flip side, you need gameplay in first place too if you're going for the game over rape trope. So anyone wanting to make a game over rape game is gonna make their game an rpg or a sidescroller, and will most likely feature a female protag for the same reason mentioned before.

If it's literally anything else it can be done in visual novel format so unless you're planning on making one hell of a high budget game (like eushully or alice soft games) you're unfortunately wasting resources by giving it gameplay.

I'm pretty confident this is why male protag is more common in visual novels yet female protag is more common in indie rpgs and sidescrollers.

It's not a great time to be alive for people like me who prefer translated 2d jrpgm with a normal or blank male protagonist so i could shape his personality myself . And by blank i meant truly truly a blank slate like this game here, the male protagonist of that game doesn't have a single line of dialogue save for some choices, not those beta little boys who could be found in most visual novels. People keep saying those boys mc are "bland so that players could insert themselves". I found that weird since those kids protagonist usually were very timid, indecisive, naive and stupid...which is actually pretty detailed imo and i couldn't for the life of me insert myself in those .

Yeah, i can't count the number of games there which look interesting but with females MC, when it's about lewd/romance i can't really identify myself in the girl.

The save editor was fine until the demon maze, i could cheat items in but when i tried buffing my characters magic damage it didnt work and was the same old damage so i just quit with that and the last straw was when I beat the demon girl and i end up giving her to another person instead of making her my own which doesnt make any sense.

that part is sadly a hide and run part... the next room is even worse as you have to skate over large ice areas broken and framed by lava seas... with patroling demons... but if you get through to the end you can meet the blue skinned chick from the intro... and enslave her for another demon... nope he won't hand her over from what I saw.
Afterwards you get into the Celestial world... it's ridiculus easy... you can solve several side quest and get an armor and sword + an Angel that deals 5000+ dmg against demons with her skills... but Mana will always running low and you probably won't have any gold to keep buying blue flowers

Really so you have to give her up that's pathetic.

The end was even more unsatisfiying... this actually one of the games were I used a save editor (I normally despise cheating) to even get to the endboss, as the last town is crawling with demons... and there is nothing to gain from defeating them... and each demon takes atleast 2-5 blue flowers for the angel to use her skills.
After the endboss is down you see you and your 2 slaves to make your way back into the forest were you lived happily ever after... so no after game content or sexy interaction with the girls

I couldn't get her... I tried talkeing to her first and askeing the general on the left for help, but the only option to get that section done was to make her the slave of the half demon lord.
So no... she is just an annoying bitch that later on offers some eyecandy while you watch her getting raped by said demon lord.

I just remembered... there is a gallery at the end of the game so you can replay the scene's and I got 100%... so yeah apparently no chance in hell you can claim her for yourself

hey guys im opening the game but I cant run it. Im using Wine (Window emulator) on Mac and it keeps telling me "the game has run into problems". Is there anything I can install to help? I played LOQO before, after installing something, with this Mac so I'm pretty lost right now

Hmm... I'm not sure. Maybe if you count visual novels and those unfinished patreon 3d western games as well then that could be the case. I mainly looking for 2d completed games, preferably rpgs and most of what i saw is female protag. Its the same thing when i tried searching on dlsite. Even on the f95 translation request, the popular request are almost always with female protag, ocasionally when there was a male ones he would be either a little kid or a cuck who got netorared or both...and more lul.

Rejoice as someone is translating a game about a protagonist who doesnt talks and has a cute dark elf girl he can pat and grope.
But yeah i always hate when female MC games are the ones translated, like the SEQUEL series which is about a male MC having adventures with a harem of girls (He also doesnt speaks other than dialogue choices and you even get to choose your ingame sprite), which usually sells a lot but people would rather translate a new generic "female MC gets raped or prostitutes herself" #28293.


Anyways this game looks fun barring the whole female knight thing but i couldnt ignore how the middle and right heroines in the OP are copies of some japanese eroge girls.
