I'm gonna guess the patch puts the sex stuff back in for the version that's on steam that removed it all or censored it to the point of being allowed on steam.

From what I know that patch was made from the Nukige group on steam.

They decensor or restore Adult scenes in games such as these.

The game by default has the censored versions or some parts of it have been removed, that patch simply removes the censor or restores Adults Scenes that were deleted from the game by steam or the devs in order to release it on steam.

Thanks for letting us know Darkarhon. I would have applied the patch a long time ago but I just wanted to know what it changed especially since I still saw H-scenes. Applying it now... although I won't be starting a new game from my virgin route until I finish it.
