I think it is more a case of "the usual suspects" getting their panties in a bunch about something that didn't really happen.
Kat made the Mc fall asleep, I don't see that as mind control. they made Anna forget about passing out - if that is mind control then it is about as milquetost as it gets.
I think the poster had conflated Andi and Kat not telling the MC about the "witch world" with them somehow controlling his mind so that he did not find out. So, just a lie of omission.
This is the sort of thing that happens when people don't bother to read what is going on.

Yes, but the person who was complaining about "mind control" was railing against Andi and Kat for "mind controlling" the MC - something that never happened. And seemed to want them to suffer "consequences" for that.

You know on second thought, my new guess is, it was the MC. He time traveled from the future. That caused him some memory loss, and he needed a refresher on what was going on. Obviously, he could not go as himself and so, the disguise. I am seeing it all so clearly now.dont you think a powerful male mage could use a disguise or alter memories?

It's nice to see this move forward again. I hadn't played since v0.8, so this was a nice surprise. I hope FF feels better as time progresses and is able to continue working on this VN. It's definitely one I always look forward to.
Actually it sort of did... You're forgetting about this conversation.
The MC is actually pissed off at Andrea for using mind control on him... And she says "let me explain" rather than denying it. Here's the thing though, I think this dialogue may have been accidentally left in from either an earlier version of the game or an idea the dev changed their minds about because in the script for Chapter 1 is this conversation commented out (which means it's dialogue that doesn't show)

I wish this game ha d more animations lol. i would like to see the MC catching and shooting the powers lol. Like right here. When I click to see the next scene, it goes black and then he's somewhere else. I gets boring without animations.

I disagree, but everyone's tastes are different. I find the story and characters very interesting. I don't get animations when I read a book, so I'm fine with only few (or even no) animations in a VN.

I have a habit of looking at any kind of VN as a movie that I play as the MC and decide their actions or fate lol. I've always been that way.

Is there a trick to get the music to play ? Can't get any music while playing. its not muted in the preferences. I can go to the music in the pref settings and click a song and it plays but once i click back to the game , it stops. I also have the mod installed but don't see a seeing for music available the mod settings. ty

First time playing this, and I've just got up to date with the latest update. I really enjoyed it. Literally the first witchy/magical title that hasn't had me dropping it before I'm even done. I can see lots of exciting parts to this coming up, and I'm looking forward to them.
ya its pretty good when compared to others (and iv played QUITE a few magic themed witch/wizard/magic themed ones. i just wish it got more frequent updates but he at least its good
