Honestly, just use as much AI art as you want, maybe get a bit better at it, but overall i'd rather have AI art then text-based

Oh don't worry, this is definitely something I'm going to try and get better at. Adding in art was a last minute decision for this and the second version will have it all be much better.

with so many games that are text only, I find that is hardly a problem at all. Rather it's a good alternative.

Ok, I have just played the game and here is what I suggest:
- Since it's told in first person, I think we should be allowed to change the MC's name. If you intend to release on patreon, you may also wanna add the choice to change the relationship of mom and sis, as it would otherwise be 'landlady' and 'roommate'.
- Avoid big wall of texts, even on pure text games it's better to feed the player one or two paragraphs at time than a whole page.
- So far plot lines are non existent as the story was very straight forward and the only thing that happened was a (possible) vampire neighbor moving into the neighborhood. If that is intended to be an mystery story surrounding this neighbor than it's a good start.
- For the love of god, add choices. We all like choices, it doesn't need to be every little thing but it should be meaningful to the story. Personally I like choices which cue in what content the player will see rather than the guess work of 'go left/go right' type of choices. Also make sex scene optional, not everybody is into every fetish and I garantee that a lot of people won't wanna see some sex scenes you may think is for everyone.
On fetishes:
- Incest is very popular, and you already made 'the single mother of a deceased father' trope so I think this is a safe bet.
- NTR is usually a divisive fetish on this site, with many people turning down a game just at the mention of the tag while others love it, personally I think it adds a layer of challenge to the usual 'rich boy harem simulator' formula of non NTR games, if you do this fetish just make sure to NOT make the MC a pathetic loser with a 1 inch dick, nobody likes that. And I do mean nobody.
- I'm a huge teratofilo so I would enjoy something like that in the game, be it sexting a huge buff werewolf or a vampire in monster form. This is however a very niche fetish which most people don't wanna see.
- I also like feet fetish, and these are far more common, thankfully so I would suggest adding that too.

Having previously made a vampire game, before the advent of AI, i tried to use real porn, and found that the available porn to fit the story being told was quickly exhausted, you would likely find the same if you tried even now.
One other critique i would provide, is that as a longtime vampire fetishist, since you have chosen to make that the lynchpin trope of your game, you are missing the primary vampire fetish marks.
Corruption and Transformation are the bread and butter of vampire porn. Vamp enthusiasts want to see the bite and the transformation from living to undead. They want to feel the corruption and betrayal of special trust by turning on their own friends and family and corrupting them too.
Previously the sort of 'hub' for vamp fetish was a now defunct website named VampYou.com. It now has a successor,

If you are goign to target the vampire genre, it might be worth poking around and viewing the games that have drawn a steady subscription base for nearly 20 years now.

The summary and samples made me come. But the result is too short to have a good idea about this game.
The worldbuilding is limited.
The characters are few and different.
The plot is interesting, though it didn't happen yet.
The artistic side is well chosen.
A new neighbour moves in and turns the protagonist's life upside down. For the better or not, we'll see.
We follow the first 2 days of the MC, particularly with his girlfriend, while the global atmosphere builds up.
The flow of events seems correct. We clearly perceive their feelings, though some reactions are strange (is it voluntary or provoked by somebody? It isn't clear for now). The personality of each character is nice, particularly the mother who isn't the usual annoying woman who belittles her son.
You're really good at writing, though there are some spelling errors left.
If we choose to spy on our girfriend, her presentation when we study together at home is awkward.
Also, check that your text can be seen entirely. On the last screen (just before the appearance of your name), the bottom part get off the screen :
Good continuation.

Pretty short. Can't really tell much since you don't even get to the vamp stuff.
Writting seems good though. With a good route structure, this could be pretty good.
An option to customise MC name would be great tho, be really helpful in making a text-based game more immersive.

It'll be a while. I've been swamped with my real life job and this game had no fans, so I put it on the backburner. I'm building a PC with a 4090 GPU following which I'll try to get back into the game. And yes, this is a text game so it doesn't need that but it's not all I'll be working on.

I could certainly work a lot better AI art into it with a 4090.
Truth is, I actually switched up the format of the game. It's still text based but the background and everything was different to avoid the clipping issues I was getting with this one. I just hadn't figured out how to do certain things yet.
