This game got me into raw text translators a year ago because it didn't get a TL up until now and it was so good imo.
I generally like NTR games with FMCs for the corruption aspect.

Q&A:

1. Is this NTR?

Yes it very much is. But I'd say its more Netori. What is Netori? It's basically NTR from the perspective of the bad guy or the FMC. I'd say the tag is closer to "cheating" than it is to the mainline NTR.

2. Is the NTR avoidable?

It is not. It's pretty much a game about the corruption of our formerly innocent Female Main Character. *

A quick TDLR is Its using various elements of the games universe to coerce her into a situation where she has to be reliant on someone she doesn't want to and gets corrupted along the way. If you like that kind of thing, go for it. The NTR elements are mostly passive. Meaning there is no single scene in the game where the "main love interest" is actually witnessing the cheating (sorry mainline NTR fans).

Please note that it is possible to play the game avoiding 90% of the h-scenes, esp. the NTR ones and getting a "good" ending. But it's obviously harder and a bit more grindy gameplay-wise. Also there is not a lot of "non-cheating"/"non-NTR" scenes, just mostly masturbation stuff.

3. I am 1 hour in and haven't seen an h-scene, what gives?

The game is a long burn. Is it worth it? Hell the fuck yes IMO it is. It has decent dialogue (IF the Translation is good, I haven't checked that yet, Im going by the original Japanese script I know) and the protag is not too smart or too dumb, just nice there in the middle. Plus, the "bad guy" isn't an ugly bastard, hes just a sleazeball.

4. Does this have a continuation/sequel?

It will have an indirect Sequel. The creator (manuru74 on twitter) has been developing another game with similar themes, in the same universe, but with different characters since late 2019. So the Japanese version should be coming at some point later this year or next year (no guarantee, just my guess)

Honestly I think a lot of commenters just jump on the "NTR?!?! NANI!!??" bandwagon once that ball starts rolling in a new thread. I've seen it happen in threads where there isn't even NTR, it's actually kind of funny. All someone has to do is post a question about NTR in the first page of a game's topic and you can almost guarantee the next couple pages of comments are going to be full of messages and memes like "How bad is the NTR?" or "NTR again?! wtffff" (Don't believe me? Try it the next time a new game is posted and you'll see)

There was a thread a few weeks back for a game centered around Netori I believe (or whatever type of NTR it is where you play a male MC stealing other NPC's girls) and people were bitching about NTR right from page one. Even a few pages in after it was explained, people were still complaining. It's hilarious to me.

Then again, I also don't really understand why people take these damn porn games so seriously. I'm not playing these games like I'm in a relationship with the characters, they're pixels on a screen and none of this crap is real. I don't try to self-insert into any video game characters though, maybe that's the distinction I guess.

And then there's also the opposite, the NTR crowd raging at the vanilla people complaining about NTR in NTR threads, where no one ever complained about the NTR.
Like with that mocking Spongebob meme "iS tHe nTr aVoIdAbLe?" where no one ever asked that.
If I were a translator and see this toxic NTR crowd, then I also would just feed them with MTL stuff and enjoy their outrage, they just don't deserve more than just that.
Then there are NTR games where it's possible to avoid the NTR like "Furry Ear Girls Never Betray" but then you'll get only a single scene...with a condom, which I consider only half a scene, since the internal cumshot is missing.
Of course the vanilla people are getting angry at getting baited like that.

Yep. I looked up the ripped images and it's a pretty lackluster collection. This game clearly relies on the dialogue but Japanese porn story lines are mind numbing to me so it you're looking for good CG's, like I was, might want to look elsewhere.

It's always nice to have a properly translated game, but it's not really NTR, it's cheating at most. NTR games always have you playing from the beta cuck point of view.

Problem is there's no tag/genre name to category this specific type of scenario yet where we play from female mc's perspective & they let themselves get stolen away.
Obviously it's not netori or netorare either coz for it to be netori you gotta have a male mc who's gonna steal other's women.
And Netorare in it's pure form is only when you play from male mc's pov & let yourself get cucked.

Now, this is not cheating(talking abt tag) either because relationship with female's partners dont get emphasized much in purely cheating contents & certainly you dont get a scene like seeing your partner falling completely/getting stolen away/confessing in front of you. This very thing here is one of the trademarks of ntr.

So, even though there's no specific tags/genre for such contents, it gets tagged as netorare only for that bit & also because relationship with partner at least gets highlighted to some extent.
The term netorare has been loosely used for quite a while now.
