The problem is... There is more game NTR than "vanilla"... Or at least.. The one with good drawing picture are generally NTR... So peope are grumpy because they don't find what they want while NTR and other stuff "no vanilla" are massively producted...

Ah, yes female POW Netorare is the best kind of corruption. It has a solid build up, doesn't rush to show the action.
I can't speak of scenes as this game takes time to playthrough and I'm certainly not rushing.
But overally its quality art, solid story (for H-game) and most importantly we don't play dumb doll without will. Instead the magical setting is used to entrap the heroine. I really like how you get to see NPC reacting to her presence in log on left side of screen. Can't wait to see those reaction as her attire changes <3. Ofc we can also track changing morals by having access to her thoughts in H-journal.
All that with proper translation and uncensored glory. Don't be stingy and support our NTR gods so we aren't doomed to rely on MTLs.

As you can see in my signature, I believe I'm somewhat qualified to answer this.

The way I see it, it's a case-by-case kind of thing, but the way I see it, I think it mostly has to do with the fact that most TL'd H-Games that have good artwork ALSO tend to fall into the NTR market.

In my case, while I still vastly prefer vanilla scenarios, variety never hurts. I believe it mostly has to do with the fact that most vanilla lovers tend to sympathize more with the guy who GETS cucked over self-inserting as the guy who does the cucking.

It is just not true. Doing a "completed" "NTR" search on first page gives results from last 5 months. At top of that most of them are MTL'ed garbo. There were 4 decent NTR games with proper translation this year afaik. For comparison general completed search first page show results from one week.

As i enjoy vanilla as well if i were to complain : when searching for quality games - those are generally patreon founded and like 90% of them are either incest or furry.

Honestly I think a lot of commenters just jump on the "NTR?!?! NANI!!??" bandwagon once that ball starts rolling in a new thread. I've seen it happen in threads where there isn't even NTR, it's actually kind of funny. All someone has to do is post a question about NTR in the first page of a game's topic and you can almost guarantee the next couple pages of comments are going to be full of messages and memes like "How bad is the NTR?" or "NTR again?! wtffff" (Don't believe me? Try it the next time a new game is posted and you'll see)

There was a thread a few weeks back for a game centered around Netori I believe (or whatever type of NTR it is where you play a male MC stealing other NPC's girls) and people were bitching about NTR right from page one. Even a few pages in after it was explained, people were still complaining. It's hilarious to me.

Then again, I also don't really understand why people take these damn porn games so seriously. I'm not playing these games like I'm in a relationship with the characters, they're pixels on a screen and none of this crap is real. I don't try to self-insert into any video game characters though, maybe that's the distinction I guess.
