Overview:
I made my first Ren'py experiment. This is just a sim date game. The action takes place during a photoshoot. It's so easy. I use some old character Mark and Astrid and I rendered in a few hours. It's just to test Renpy.​

I would like a remake from the beach games a lot, I liked playing the first one but the lack of multiple saves is very annoying, so I never went through with it, and I'm glad that I didn't now

Especially from Honey... no offense to the dev but Follower was the 2nd only ever game to be deleted from my PC due to what a buggy mess it was... thank god for Nightrain and making a ren'py version of it within the thread, and staying classy enough to still say to support Honey (creator) rather than himself...

So if Honey himself is doing it now, mad props to him.. wouldnt mind seeing Ren'py versions of even his older work like Snake Thompson, King of the Beach, King Returns, and NCCU Loser or Idol, and Sexduction... Though honestly if he doesnt want to do all that work I'd be happy with just New Coral City that is just starting to be made ren'py instead of Unity... as that one is connected directly to Follower which is his only game I completed without getting frustrated... (thanks to ren'py by Nightrain).

not exactly. this is just a simple simdate game.
It's my first experiment with Ren'py. I just use some old character fast to render and I rendered and coded in one day.
I'm learning renpy and I have to start somewhere.

Nighttrain will help me with renpy.
he wrote a code to translate unity codes in renpy codes so we can check the game on renpy, fix all and I can understand how to build in renpy the same mechanoncs I did on unity (really complex)
Really big thanks to nighttrain for his help
Next episode of New Coral will be on unity while We working on renpy version.
I hope from 3rd episode it will be completely on renpy.

you did that in 1 day -_- ... damn i m jealous now. i barely reach 5 renders a day lol

soo what you think about ren'py ?
guess its not complicate to get into once you have the base with script system. as the rest is just to copy a render in a folder and give the name to renpy and add a few lines of text :D

It's genesis 2 characters so it's faster to render. I use basilar lights and low quality renders. fast postwork. I think I did all the renders in 3 hours. (first 5/6 renders where from old games)
Genesis 3 are way better for a thousand of reason but the renders take more time. I use these just to do a fast game.
Yes, Renpy it's easier than unity for a lot of things. I need to understand how to do some things and how to keep everything under control, in order. I nUnity it's easier but I 'm sure I'll find a way to do the same in renpy too.

It's supposedly complete but it's a buggy mess still. And I can't find a successful path to either get her to suck dick or fuck MC.
