Technically, there is La Femme even for Daz, if I remember correctly, I even bought La Femme 2 as part of an offer.
For objects, clothes, etc. yes, one can need shaders, but there is even some tool to try converting the materials, and I already used stuff made for Poser in Daz, with IMO pretty decent results.
Ehm, I may have to correct myself. I am not sure anymore if there is a version of La Femme specifically for Daz, or if I just packaged and installed the version for Poser in Daz.
On the other hand, here you have in image of La Femme Pro 1 (there is already a 2) loaded in Daz, and even posed using the standard controls dials of Daz (e.g. selected the hand, then just used the bend dial as would do in Daz normally), although notice I did not do anything in terms of Iray materials, these are the base ones.
My guess is that poses for G8 will not work, but I am not sure if maybe poses for V4 will (I think the one that was pose-compatible with V4 is Dawn, not La Femme, but I am not sure).
For clothes etc., I think it is "only" a matter of creating a clone using one of the various tutorials online, the only problem can be that in theory unless you are a registered artist selling through Daz, you cannot redistribute clones, but that does not stop one to create one for themselves.
Also, notice I did play a lot with V4 clothes that were made for Poser, and once you have a clone made or bought, they can be used even without converters for G3F, G8F and even G9 - the results may not be always perfect, but I got good results, though in some case I also used some tool to give Iray material.
The things more dodgy are shoes, especially high heel/boot with heels (flat ones are less problematic), though one can find online some videos explaining how to do it.
In case someone has the doubt of why going through the hassle: 1) there can be old stuff that was never recreated; 2) there can be stuff that is available for one software/platform/character and not the other; 3) not having to rebuy things one already bought; 4) sometime new stuff is identical to the old one, but the old one is on discount ;-).
