I'm stuck with Gracie. Everything else is done, but I don't know how to proceed. Any tips?

I'm glad to hear it.I hope you can understand my concern. Too often writers neglect mc's development in favor of heroines and other characters. And it's perfectly fine when we talk about simple porn games or dating sims. I mean YOU are the main character,you don't need a personality,you already have one, so go date and fuck those girls. But I think your game has potential to be much more interesting.

If you finished the event ''It's All About The Intent'' then you have to go to Gracie room and talk to her if i'm not wrong, also an important tip, be careful to read all the dialog and do not skip anything, because it will tell you what to do in the next missions
so, what is actualy new? there should be stuff with grace and some event? all i got was the torture (thing with the hand) then meeting with Jalen and Assasination attempt with the talk in the basement.. is there more? how do i get it? it says to go to wilfred once iam prepared.. yet there is nothing new with him

Man this game is lit, i think there a little aspects that can improve:
- Character screen: probably at one point you can add the selection of character picture, like it's weird seeing Luna being topless while the other is completely normal.
- Probably MC can actually use items to make the game's content richer (my cute roommate is an example)
- In the future maybe you can add some minigames (skipable)
Overall great game, have been a long time since i play these kind of game and actually focus on the story lol

Dang it , those backsound killing it , feels like on Mafia Family , can i know the list of the backsound? It feels great tho , thanks for the game anyway , can't wait to see the updates
Character screen - Those changes with the affection stat of the character.
So if you see Luna topless her character picture actually changed 3 times.
This does however remind me I need an extra info change for Gracie.
You can read more about that at the "help" screen as this tell about it in depth.
Minigames - there is a mod being worked on by a patron right now who is trying to change the contract into mini text adventures. Looking forward to that personally.
Items - Yeah, don't dislike the idea.
A lot of the music names and credits are in the end credit scene.

Hmmm, there are not that many options in this game: 5 time frames and out of 3 you can interact with Gracie. And of course the PC. None of them give any progress option. And indeed, I did skip conversations. So I guess I'm stuck now. :-(
Haiii to dev and all of you guys who read this post , as game balance / animator designer I just had few suggestions for dev and I hope it helps you to create a better game .
I think you are one of the most talented designers that I have seen on this site and I am just sharing some experience with you and I hope it helps you.
first of all nobody knows the pressure of making a game unless you start making one , I am usually working around 12 hours per day when it comes to game design, but making a porn game isn't just like a regular game in most countries they don't really accept these types of games and most devs are working in secret, and dealing with fans aside you have to deal with your normal life rent kids wife etc..
but you are sir are doing a really great job in terms of delivering high quality content to your fans with all issues that coming in your way
but they are few design mistakes that might hurt you a bit in future just take a look at them and I just hope it helps .
first of all I hope you can manage to finish this game by the end of the year because as your game grows your fan become impatience. because it is a porn site at the end people want porn they can tolerate at some point but it is like a need for speed game where you have no car for 50% of the game , they will just leave or become toxic
on the other hand the most stupid mistake ( sorry for saying stupid ) that devs are doing right now is they are introducing tons of characters at once and they will not able to manage them and it hurts them at the end , they are many good examples on this site that I can point , like big brother , summer time saga, even milfy city they introduced tons of characters at once which they couldn't make a background for them and it caused many problems for them . and big brother even droped his project and dark cookie had to rework his entire game .
and the reason why I am saying this right now because in this new update you introduced a new character as soldier , I am personally my self find it really irrelevant , because still our 4 main characters are incomplete , as example I still don't know why Isabella doesn't love her husband anymore , I know about the miscarriage but it still isn't a strong reason
I can point to depraved awakening as example , philly did a great job in terms of character development , he started with more than 5 character but what he did was completing characters 1 by 1 without overlap that was awesome to be honest .
and I know for fact that when people are going to this site they want well.. porn and maybe most of us even including me can't understand or talk a perfect english , so at the end no matter how good story is people want porn this is why milfy city is on top 1 right now due it has zero story
over all I don't want to be so talkative and tell you what to do sir , because at the end of the day it is your game and you will decide what to do and we will enjoy it anyway but it will be really good if you can manage to complete character development in next 2 updates and than give your fan the fuckfest that they are waiting for like Dream of desire
for me personally story a side I am still complete stranger to your characters even MC him self sounds like a normal dude . main story mostly progress with lady cordia that I don't know anything about her , why she doesn't talk much , what she did do in order to become this scary and many more questions .

Let's see if I can answer some of your overall questions and statements.
As someone who makes games himself you should know that the average game development time is not just one year, right?
I do not expect the game to be done by the end of the year. I will get far ahead with the game but not done with it.
And rarely do games finish in a span of a year. Mainly short VN's do.
This is usually true, however, this game is a bit different than other games around in which characters introduction usually means a new romanceable character.
In DeLuca there are 3 main girls. Luna, Gracie and Isabel. There will always be content for one of these girls. Then there is Cordia that is integrated with the story and gets a lot of content from that alone.
All other characters are for lore building and not necessarily characters that will start to be heavily developed.
Some will have some few events, while many others will be reoccurring characters. (Like Jalen the friend and the four serpents)
The soldiers play a role in MC's character development and for the speed up of the adult part of the game.
But none of them takes over the main girls.
Another part is that this is not episodic nor a demo. It is making a game and giving out the finished part of the game as I go along. And therefore it is impossible to give out everything about the characters in every update such as Cordias background. Especially as this is a story based game with mysteries involved. The characters reasonings, backstory and all that slowly gets unfolded.
Philly did an amazing job, no doubt, and one of my close friends as devs as we tend to do games not in the norm.
But doing one character till finished and moving to the next will not work for this style of game. The style is simply different (not that one style is better or worse)
I disagree. And I've talked on this subject a lot throughout my time here. (especially in this thread with people, haha)
But let me give you an example, before (and after) me releasing the game there have been A LOT of games like milf city and others. Lots of sex, great renders and so on and so on. Basically- porn.
Yet, not many of those got the growth and popularity as mine did (I feel bad saying that as it sounds arrogant and douchy, haha)
Point is, this game has shown that there are people who enjoy a heavy story game and do not necessarily want every turn to involve sex. They fine with having character building first. Granted, there will be sex. I'm just not rushing to it.
