So, just tested it out. I got no issue doing the quest.
Just went to Isabel during the night at the living room as usual and the quest appears.
Dunno, why it won't work with yours.

After many hours of gameplay, exploring pretty much all the options, This game contains no sex. The furthest it gets is a bit of masturbation. Currently contains too much tease and no payoff. Disappointing .

Well ... I have been pushing around this thread for ... I dunno ... a night out in the red light district with the nutter sis, a night out at the Roman Baths with the shy sis, one hail a love yo afternoon out in the saloon with the underboss underboss <son of capo famiglia> ... something to make MC really feel like he gets something for all the tension and the awkwardness dev throws around all over the place. Nothing bad about uncle taking the new recruit around town at the races, maybe introduce him to some good harlot / vixen to keep his mind off the family jewels ... all it takes is a day of renders at the most ... just let DAZ do 5-10 frames on 3-5 animations, stick them in a repeatable bubble at the horse track with one baomb of a jockey / stallion owner / boockie dame so we all get a piece of

Not going to be for you if sex is what you are looking for.
It's more story based.
This got popular for the story and the characters. Devs going at his pace and it could be a while before any sex happens. Be a bit weird to jump straight into sex with people he hardly knows considering who they are.
If you'd spent "many hours" in the game you would know that.
Also reading the tags would have helped, there are no sex based tags kinda major give away there is no sex.

I saw this game so many times but did not play it thinking it will be like most games just boring story and sex but i was a fool giraffe
I really hope that we can do something in the future with Cordia so we can feel that "motherly love" and maybe we can be the bridge that will "connect" her and the daughters.
The only small thing i don't like is how Isabel is. I think she gets into us way too fast and her thoughts - well she is naughy girl. But with a story like this i am just blocking her moves for now because I'M SUPER CEREAL ABOUT THIS GAME.
