Hope you liked the ending of Isabel's arc and it gave you all some ideas on what will happen in the future!
Seeing her growing in popularity was a nice change of things.
Since the release I had a couple of days off to reset the mental and then I started brainstorming and discussion about the game-play. A lot of it was cut of due to me aiming a bit too high (I am an ambitious guy, heh). What was cut was heavy rpg stuff (turn based combat) but what we got left is something that is still very huge improvement of the current gameplay.
I will upload some of the preview videos of both the cut version of the new game play and what will be staying on a later day.
Right now I am fixing the GUI for it. The code itself is done.
Goal is to finish the first contract "Nimble Finger" along with the GUI and a few other things that need to be iron out.
Then I will release the new gameplay to a couple of volunteers that are willing to create their own contracts and write some stuff for it (I will still go through it all to make sure it fits my narrative. Even if that means changing 90% of it)
The whole menu system will get an overhaul. It's a bit annoying to navigate atm.
Eiza rescue arc will be the main focus. Honestly, the only thing that held me back on her part was lack of a proper gameplay system. Now I got one and it's time to rescue her sister! Is it a rendered event + gameplay. Serpent is leader of the team.
I will start doing more update dev posts.
