Alright, time to cry a second time on this game, doing "My Name Is Luna"
To be fair, I think that you could view this as implying that losing the MC would be an embarrassment to Cordia, in the eyes of the other families. No? what would happen to the family?
No one has told me anything about why I'm here, what my contract entails, who my father is or why I matter in any way, so how the hell would I have any idea what would happen to 'the family' if something happened to me?
The only reason I haven't been assassinated inside the house already is pure luck.
Seriously, might want to either change that line or have the MC retort with something about no one telling him anything or have the MC actually know something about why he is in any way important before this scene comes about.
I know previously he was given some idea who his mother is/was, but that doesn't really explain his situation to him.
You have some mission points. How many is dependent on level of your character. Most of the time when you fail some important stat check, you will lose mission points. If your mission points fall to 0, mission is aborted. You can restore your points in shop. There is big button on the right with text "Restore"I try to do a mission, but I do not understand what the game is trying to tell me here.
>>>You're not a full Mission Points. Do you still wish to continue?<<<
I am unable to parse this message, sorry. What information am I supposed to be getting here? Also, both continue and skip force you to do the mission.
It has been suggested that it should better be renamed. "Morality +" is more ruthless, "Morality -" more compassionate.~>I'm currently confuse on morality +/- on the guide can anyone explain it to me?
You have a certain number of maximum "mission points" and will lose one whenever you fail a check or similar, if they drop to 0 you will fail the mission. So if you start with less than maximum, odds of failure are higher. You can replenish them in the shop for $5 per mission point or on special places during the missions (e. g. North, then West, then Explore in the Nimble Fingers mission).I try to do a mission, but I do not understand what the game is trying to tell me here.

Thanks, I never noticed that. So the missions need save scumming I suppose. You can refill your health and mission points in the shop, you don't need full points if you make the correct choices on a mission tho, so it's up to you if you want to refill or not.
You can also refill your Mission Points at various spots in the Contracts. Thanks, I never noticed that. So the missions need save scumming I suppose.
Apparently it's a Perception check. You need min +4.Neither attacking the guard nor beating up the guy should be relevant, I am pretty certain I had done neither when I met the guy.
Chill out papa smurf or I'll sic the cat on you. Then let me write it in clear words, maybe then you guys might understand it.
I don't feel the need to play the game from the beginning after playing it all the time till the end of 0.06.5
So, the request is:
A Save-file from NEW V0.07.1 at the point where the OLD V0.06.5 ENDED
I'm not gonna ask for the Save-file from V0.06.5.
I know it's sometimes hard for some people to read with a clear mind !
Tavern completely fills the MP, not just +1. You can (ab)use this when failing all checks with Lelianna: go to tavern, fill up, go back to where you were and complete the mission. The 1st Contract, Explore the square before the 2 houses.
The 2nd Contract, go for a drink in the Tavern.
Ah, the square in Contract 1 only provides +1. Didn't know The Tavern was total refill, thanks!Tavern completely fills the MP, not just +1. You can (ab)use this when failing all checks with Lelianna: go to tavern, fill up, go back to where you were and complete the mission.
I think one thing that could be added here is "you completed the available content and should continue the main story" or suchlike. I think it is easy to forget that "continuing the story" still exists. Yes, the button is smack bang in the middle of the screen, but I easily can see it as an adornment.
- I think the hint system is perfect in the journal. I never was like "WTF do I need to do next". I could go to the journal and it was all there.

No? what would happen to the family?

MC rushing in and getting whacked would make The Family look unprofessional and weak, perhaps?
Also, as MC is a DeLuca, The Family would be called to answer for MC.
Maybe, rather than advising of the MC's worth, he's advising of the consequence of the MC's actions?
I like the new missions with text and map etc.
More detailed feedback (just my experience playing the game):
+ I believe the writing and story contributed most to keep me immersed, the images in between were nice addition for the imagination.
+ I expected to have similar frequency of images in all missions (non major), wishing for an image to show up and feed my imagination between my actions, where there was none, distracted me a tiny bit.
+ The user interface was not difficult for me, but may be it could be simpler, for example; click directly on the map to move, or every interaction inside the text story box, or something else, but players may not like too many changes.
+ Last couple things. I wish I could see few older messages on the text story box (with scroll or something else), and save between missions; specially when an image is shown so I can see the image again easily (the mission images accessible some other way works too).
That is all.
Stay safe!
Finally completed all the missions and the new content regarding Eiza. I really liked it. I'm not one for grinding games at all, but I thought the missions were all done very well and much more interesting that the original way of completing them.
I ended up with nearly $2000, all the special quest items and bought quite a few items from the store too. Excellent work HopesGaming and look forward to new content hopefully coming this year
PS the bug I reported was in the 7.1 version.
Well .. how did you progress past the 1st dance of gracie and 1st wine ?Finished the new version today.
The game is still excellent. I really liked the reworked contracts. They are not as necessary as I initially thought, as the main story pays well and ended up with the money from them just sitting there. The ability to revisit the contracts when mc is stronger is a nice touch. They also add a bit of flavour to the world. The painter's contract especially was really nice, both in flavour and story.
If it was up to me, the game would have a quest or two more, but reworking your code is a bitch at the best of times so it's understandable.
Also, I found a couple of bugs in the replay room caused by old filenames/paths, which I fixed.
Now you can enter the gallery, the intro playback works, the deadly dinner image is correctly sized (approximately), Cordia's thumbnail exists and I added the two new scenes in misc. They're unlocked by default, so spoilers if you don't finish the game first.
Download the zip, unzip the files in /game/gallery subfolder and overwrite. Keep a backup, just in case.
Walkthrough in OP tells you the steps you need to take to complete the side missions for the girls.Well .. how did you progress past the 1st dance of gracie and 1st wine ?
Hint just sends me to sleep.
The Hints (?) are generic, not specific.Fair enough .. still .. any hint saying go to sleep is a worthless one, be it given by dev, but why?
I think you have to advance the main story at that point (the snake button).Well .. how did you progress past the 1st dance of gracie and 1st wine ?
Hint just sends me to sleep.
Fair enough. I found it fine because to do the next steps it tells you in the event log what you have to do to complete an event, start an event, etc. Since the log has all the events listed, you can see what you have to do, and continuing on the story, is part of it.I think one thing that could be added here is "you completed the available content and should continue the main story" or suchlike. I think it is easy to forget that "continuing the story" still exists. Yes, the button is smack bang in the middle of the screen, but I easily can see it as an adornment.
