You don't have to be mean to her, you can also show her the collar when she's at 3 hearts and then throw it away, and it's been a while but I think you just have to get her to 2 or 3 hearts on day 1 to see her masturbating through the keyhole on day 2 which also unlocks 4 hearts

Currently dev is remaking game in unity so its missing a lot of content, but eventually will have more than older flash version.

If you want to play a completed version of game you have to grab the flash version that is referred to as "old".

Am I missing something, or is the current Alpha 2.0 version of the game missing a lot of content? I can't seem to get the second day, whatever I do. The day just ends if I don't cure her, and she calls the guards if I do, causing an abrupt bad end. Either way it forces a survey link to open in my browser.

It's an alpha, it's not complete by definition. Currently it's only the first day and only one sex position.
