I mean that I don't see anything that shows the player character in the preview images so I am asking if this game is one that is played from the first person pov.

It is mostly first person but there are also renders of the main character along with the other characters.

What relationship is between Kath and MC? Step mom or just landlady? Because this is something that should be pointed out upfront, before even considering dropping in the "incest" tag. Many games nowadays disguise themselves as incest games to attact more supporters when relationships between MC and landlady and her daughters are step-family.

Well you saw that the game was on Unity before you even came here so you just came in the thread just to complain and say you aren't playing it.. ok

I came and tried it. I knew it was in Unity but various devs have evolved Unity into a Ren'Py look a like and I was interested. The same goes for the sandbox aspect. I am not complaining just looking and responding. Life is not all black and white or maybe for you it is. This game will not go on my "games to watch" list. Downloading for me fortunately is minutes work so I download and look at many games.

The relationship can be in the range between landlord, mom, stepmom, the text of being careful when choosing the relationship you have with the characters is just to not write that she is a caretaker or your teacher or something like that to avoid that the plot loses sense.

I´d say I want to point the game to some RPG style in future development states of the project. The reason to choose Unity it´s because the curve learning it´s much more interesting than Renpy and I may feel limited to add new mechanics in the future. Hey! In the first chapter more or less is what you say xD, anyway as the game progresses to more advanced stages of development I will add more interesting mechanics. Like using a computer and phone to be in contact with other characters or a system of affinity in which will be affected depending on the personalities of the characters. If you are not in touch with them this "affinity" will be reduced among other things. The long-term goal of this project is to aim for a game where it is full of content. I want to achieve this with the use of random events to give an effect that the game is totally different every time you play it. In this chapter for example the dreams that the main character has are random and I want to implement more dreams from events that happened in the game.

Ok .. so maybe I will have a look lot later. Because I am not a big fan of free-roam and stuff (some games just sprinkle it in, than its ok). Especially early on most of them are boring AF and you wander around (often without hints or info) to find the next trigger for a (more or less) linear story progression.

I am more a fan of a game like Good girl gone bad, there most play-throughs feel like a different game for a long time - It took me "ages" to see (probably) everything without a walkthrough.

Right now there it´s a mechanic in the game (the diary) which you are able to write on it and see how the story its going, depending on your choices or the events you triggered they will show up in the diary and it will give you hints in the To Do List to know what else you have to do (so it works like a walkthrough).

Going from unity to renpy isn't evolve, that is devolve tbh...

Urhh idk what to say about the renders.. the girls look young but with a skin of 70 years old, i know the dev trynna make it more realistic but some of the scenes are truly disgusting..

My 1st thought was witness protection crack whores. I have seen this in a few games where skin texturing was too extreme. Some of the skin looks postmortem.

If you want to "sell" the game to those into family relations... It need to dip a bit deeper into the story to make sense though. If not it just feel like a slapped on tag in the hope of more backing imho.... Good luck with your game anyhow..

So errr, anyone gonna say how much content is in this 0.1 release?

I could imagine people are getting tired of downloading every new 0.1 release, seeing it's got 3 mins of content and then deleting it from their folder only for it to never even reach 0.2 in the first place.

What irks me with a lot of these games is they trying to be "jack of all trades" and not really excel or master at anything in the hope to deliver a little bit of this and that for everyone. If a game got a "incest" tag or not doesn't really bother me that much. But if it does I would like to see it done right, not be some superficial ad-hoc, but be a integrated vital part of the story or else it doesn't make sense. At least if you going to use it as a selling argument to attract fans of that fetish.
