Very different. This version is the original game. The fandisc is an extended storyline with entirely different scenes and a harem storyline where you get to fornicate with all of them at the same time.

So it's not really worth playing? I should wait for the fandisc version to come out here?

i think they are both worth playing. the fandisc however is currently only in Japanese and Chinese. They are making an english version that is expected to come out later this year or next year. If you still want the fandisc now you can download a VNR (virtual novel reader) which can translate the game to english (i have done this and the translation is used with online translators so its not very good). Overall i think the original game is very good and has a lot of good content if thats what you are into.

Would any of the content repeat itself? i.e. is the fandic esentially = original game + extra new stuff or just extra new stuff. Currently, I'm not really up for playing original just to have to replay it's contents later

No if you play the original and then play the fandisc you will not repeat any content. The fandisc is all new content.

Fan Disc isn't released on Denpasoft yet. It should have released today with the Zombie games, but it looks like the Steam version is still in review (likely will be banned) from Valve, and perhaps that's why it's delayed for the time being.

I see. Pretty surprised it wasn't banned. They must of got lucky with someone doing the review.
Okay, it's marked as Adult Only on Steam, but you do need a patch for it. I know Steam is inconsistent with their approvals, but there's some really young looking characters in this.
