I completely agree. Unfortunately although they released a fandisc with a harem route, it's unlikely that it'll be translated. Actually, the 3 extra routes in this version of the game might have been ported from the fandisc in the first place, but that's just a hunch of mine.
It's basically a slice of life anime trope. It's like having a slasher film without a final girl and the non goody two shoe kids not die. It's nearly unheard of and thus a requirement, even if a tiresome one.
I dunno about their other releases but Sayori games never have uncensored CGs because Sayori doesnt draw them uncensored regardless of the place that its localized for. She prefer mosaics and to be fair hers are really small. Then again i prefer mosaics because i dont want to see highly detailed dicks and i cont particularly care to see an anatomically correct drawn vagina. Thing spooks me.

Well, they are NOT required outside of Japan and I believe that producing something for audiences outside of Japan doesn't fall under that dumb ass law, that's the problem I have with mosaic censorship in Japanese made porn. Just keep the damn censorship for the Japanese releases and un-censor it when you sell it abroad, problem solved! Mangagamer as I mentioned earlier have done just that, not sure if they do it for all their releases, but it's there in some of them anyway and it makes the games much better without the annoying mosaics.
Well, it's not quite is simple as that. What is sufficient censorship isn't quite defined. AS I've learned on a film festival in the past, some film directors even used the censorship for artistic effect.
I could use the same argument to, f.Ex. argue against the age of consent in the US, or the silly idea that fictitious, drawn characters still need to be stated to be above that age, even though they obviously don't exist.

Censorship is always and forever a terrible idea no matter which shape or form it takes. It's the 21 century and it's time for the Japanese people to get over their old hangup over the fact that men have penises and women have vaginas. Hiding them away like that is just a sad moral taboo they need to move beyond, because we humans do indeed have have sexual organs which is used for reproduction of our species just like all other mammals. There is nothing shameful about admitting it.
Furthermore, if you cant handle drawn dicks and are scared of actual vaginas and see the mosaics as a form of safety net, then it's no longer a problem with just simple mosaic-censorship.
Debatable, most MG dicks are usually redrawn since the artists dont usually keep uncensored works and instead works everything already censored so the MG usually looks like wieners and that kills the erotic aspect. Dont think this will be fixed until the west actually becomes a market as huge as japan's which could happen with the new steam policies but its still a toss up.
