I wanna ask, is this one of those games that taking forever to see some "action"? I'm gonna download it anyway but I wanna know.

Action starts in part 2. This is a slow burn game. There's a lot of fan service and world building before then. (Which puts Cyne at such a disadvantage to Fawn and Leos literally because he joins up in the town before part 2.)

You need to sub to their patreon on the appropriate tier to get access to the dlc and demo's of their future releases. It isn't voice acted atm either.

There are definitely links on the first post that are still working. The first post was updated to the last release a long time ago.

Sorry to bother you, but would you (or anyone really) mind uploading elsewhere too? I have tried in numerous different ways, but Pixeldrain's download links always end up dropping to 0kbps a few seconds in for me.
