It has an impact in this update. Choosing to send the photo of Kathryn, to Santini at the end of Chapter 1, lessens your choices with his scenes. So it already has very big consequences. Im guessing it will get bigger, as the game goes on. Although there could be a way to get out of it in future updates... maybe.

lol this makes me want make another save not send the photo while playing a full on NTR / sharing path now and vis versa. As my NTR path shared the photo while the other one didn't but i'm not sure what the consequences / differences are yet or will be and didn't think about making a save with that slight difference.
