You sound pretty upset but why? This game had the "netorare" tag from the beginning, so if you wanted a vanilla focused game then this game isn't a great choice and you should have figured that out within the first couple episodes, yet you continued. Nobody forced you to play the game...
This is not necessarily the case, there are content creators who like one path more than the other so they dedicate more time to it, others try to advance all the paths at the same time and others do it in turns.
Have you ever tried using 'Opera' Browser? It comes with a free VPN that allows you to convince websites you are using it in a different country. I can get 10gb from a download in MEGA.. not tried any more than that in one go. It may or may not work for you.. Just a thought.

that's because there wasnt one it's most likely a bug fix one. It's unrealistic to expect another update so soon unless the dev says something like there will be 2 updates close to one another.
Just wish there was a way to know for sure. Though I believe its posted on their Patreon or whatever page they use.
