Well if Luke had let that happen it would technically be rape as she thought it was him. So I'm not surprised that Bobby stopped it there, regardless of player choice. Everything that Kath does should be completely consensual.

Here's the crux of the matter. Yes, it's called rape because she didn't know, but with time she'll like it and want to do it again as long as she and Luke are happy.
The reason he stopped it at that point, is because we're currently following only a netorase route, and that would be netorare, not netorase. My guess is when we eventually switch to having netorare content, Kathyn will end up getting fucked in those situations, either because Luke turns up too late to stop it, or his perversion grows too strong to intervene. In either case, consensuality won't be a factor, because by then she'll be actively cheating on Luke anyway.

Bobby is careful not to get booted off patreon so I doubt we'll see any non consensual penetration. He had to change a couple of things just today when he found out some scenes aren't full patreon compliant.

In the sort of situation being referred to, Kathryn thinks it's Luke, so the whole thing is on Luke's shoulders. If it carries on, it's not Kathryn cheating on Luke, because she thinks she's being used by Luke. If Luke's not there (for instance like the end scene with the creep while she's on the table at the doctor's) and it goes that far without her consent, it wouldn't be her cheating, it would be rape.

I guess it will be player choice, possibly a choice that you've already made with the "does she like the perverted city or not" pick at the end of the update. Of course, it's not actually a doctor there though.

There is one scene that instead of making me hard, it actually made me a little upset.
It was a tough scene for me to see because Kathryn was upset and Luke didn't seem to notice. I know it's just a porn game and I should just fap, but man it really tugged at my heart and I think one of the reasons for that is because Bobby is such a good storyteller. He really knows how to hit those emotional beats.

It's not non-consensual if Kathryn wants it. In that particular scene Kathryn believes that only her and Luke are in the glory hole area, so naturally she believes it's him, and in any case she's currently following a non-cheating path, so I think she'd be pretty upset by such a scenario. But in the future, when she finds out about Luke's betrayal and a netorare route begins, she won't feel the same way, so a similar situation is likely to result in a very different reaction from her. Yes, it has to be that way at the moment, but all he has to do later in the game is have Kathryn realise that it's not actually Luke, and have her go along with it, and it's no longer an issue.
As I said above, the likelihood in the situation I'm referring to, is that Kathryn will realise it isn't Luke, so it won't be non-consensual. The whole point of her not realising these things, so that Luke has to make choices for her, is integral to their netorase relationship. Once the game switches to netorare, it won't work unless she's fully aware of what's happening, because then it switches to her making the decisions, and Luke becoming the passive partner.

I don't know how you aren't getting this. If some guy sticks his dick in Kathryn, and she doesn't know it's not Luke, even if she starts to like it when she finds out the first initial penetration is rape because it wasn't who she was expecting it to be.
