I wanted to take a moment to address the situation regarding piracy and explain where I’m coming from. I know this site has been instrumental in the success of my project on Patreon, and I’m incredibly grateful for that. Many of my supporters discovered my work through this thread, and I deeply appreciate it.
My goal with early releases was simply to reward my loyal subscribers while also covering some of the development costs through the extra income it provided. Unfortunately, with the recent leaks, that additional support is likely no longer possible. I understand the concerns that some fans have raised, and I want to be clear—I’m not looking to alienate or upset anyone who enjoys my game. Because of the feedback I’ve received, I’ve decided not to move forward with a web version. However, I may still explore this option for iOS users, as they currently don’t have a way to play the game.
I’ve come to terms with the fact that I may not be able to benefit from early releases as I once did. That said, I still want to find a way to reward my most loyal patrons. To address this, I’ll be introducing a "loyalty release" that will come before the regular early access tiers. I’ll be posting more details about this on Patreon soon, outlining the requirements and how it will work. My hope is that this approach will give my most dedicated supporters something special while continuing with the existing three-tier early release system for everyone else.
Lastly, I want to thank everyone who has supported me along the way. I don’t check these forums often because it’s easy to lose track of time, but please know how much I appreciate all of you. I hope you’re all having an amazing weekend!
