It's been a while since the new part came out.
Yes, it's been a long time since we last updated here. Oh boy, quite a long time, actually. But do you know what now is the perfect time for? That's right! Now is the perfect time to delete half of the old scenes from the new update and loose time to replace them with new scenes from the new update that are exactly about the same. It's as if the old ones were bad and the new ones were immediately good. Question:
- How do we know that the old scenes for the new update were bad if we haven't even seen them?
- How do we know that the new scenes for the new update were better than the old ones if we haven't seen the old ones?
- How can we know that any scenes were reworked at all if we haven't seen either the old or the new ones, and we were just given what we were given and told that they were reworked X times, where X is any number that needs to be pulled out of thin air, paid for by Patreon.
- How can you even explain that the author made renders of initially unsatisfactory quality, said “okay, the work is accepted,” went on to do something else further, and at the end of the deadline for rolling out the new update, he says, “No, that crap needs to be redone after all,”... what? Why on Earth did you move on, leaving behind a time bomb of “rerendering”?
- Well, overall, the plot is the plot, but damn - the renders - let's just say they're not the best quality in the world, its rendertime is quite modest with tat lower-than-medium settings, compared to other games where the graphics are just candy. Even the most mediocre 3D modeler can slap together such mediocre quality renders in batches in a matter of days. Crank out renders for the whole game in advance, and just sit and wait for the Patreon payments to drop. When the curve dips, it's time to roll out one of the pre-made updates, let the people chew on it, and then another year and a half just recieveing support for redoing X more times all the same stuff, as long as you pay, folks.
Proof? Pfff. The release dates of the updates. It's just unreal how slow and irrational it all is, and how they keep dragging out the process with endless problems and delays. Any normal person doing their job learns to do it better, faster, and with higher quality. But here, the further we go, the slower it gets, and the updates don't get any bigger or better. It seems like the author isn't learning and self-developing, but is under the influence of heavy drugs or falling into dementia and working worse and worse, slower and slower. Maybe there is a need for a doctor, in that very case? Or it's a case for police, like Fraud Prevention Department, I don't know. But as long as you pay, folks, it means you agree with this nonsense and support it with your money, which means you have no right to complain or demand anything better than this, and everything will stay the same. Amen. ^_^
