My problem with this is unless she is gonna get a decent amount of screen time it feels kind to late to start start any kind of meaningful relationship with the sister even just for the cheating path. Especially cause isn't one of the updates looking like they might be going on some sort of vacation so that is at least 1 - 2 updates without known characters

I would love to get excited about this, but one of the flaws this game has, in my opinion, a lot of amazing potential scenes are done either in past events, fantasies or dreams. If this happens in reality, even if in milder setting such as advertising something again, it would still be really hot. But if this is another thing that doesn't happen in reality I will be quite disappointed.
I think he's the flasher. After bringing him home and giving him a shower to clean him up, he’ll be ready for Kath.
But she's intrigued. Whether it's the situation or specifically Luke, she's showing interest rather than freaking out and screaming for the perv to stop spying on her, etc. She wouldn't tease if she didn't get something out of it - a feeling of power or self-worth, for instance, or possibly something more than that, like arousal.
If you're that close with the author, maybe you could tell the author that you'll pay him some cash to create your character, where you'll empty your huge nut into Katherine's fertile womb and be happy that you get her pregnant, and be Katherine's secret lover, unbeknownst to Luke, that would be the perfect story, hahaha.
I'm not sure if this is just gooning talk but on the topic of serious impregnation I would hope if that was done that it did not become a throuple scenario and that Kat/Luke just raise it together.
