Renders dont equal playtime. Lines or word count of dialog do equal playtime.
Edit- yall dont have to agree. But the largest part of playtime is people reading speed dependant. Fact. Anyone can click through renders

both NTR and NTS but this update went pure NTR and the NTS fans got cucked there was 1 slight NTS scene but it was over the internet

Pat , Franklyn and Albert were all NTR imo

At this point we don't know what it is. It was NTS heavy and a fair bit of cheating content revolving around MMC. But this latest update has pushed FMC into cheating as well. This pretty much might be a precursor to NTR soon.

There is no swinging content and while I had presumed something like that might happen eventually, the latest development have really steered the boat away from any of that development.

Let's hope it doesn't go full on cheating like so many games that started as sharing. That's my biggest worry.

Too often it gets pushed away and ignored in favour of cheating content.

Having one update be NTR focused is fine as long as its not the norm. But her not having an option to leave the dinner with us, is where I draw the line. Its character assassination to me.

She should of left the dinner with us, and then we should of had a loyal and lovely sex scene, just between us, which Bobbyboy48 definitely feels like he has been neglecting scenes between us a bit lately, so this would of been a perfect opportunity to do that and add this.

But as long as this stays as is, It has killed my enjoyment to want to play this game longer, cause its just feels like something Kat would't do. If he adds an option here, reworks this, and adds a sex scene between our lovely couple here, I would be happy to return, otherwise no point with Kathryn's character being ruined to me.

Maybe I need to play the scene again and I already forgot some details but it didn't quite ruin her character for me since she tried to calm him him down and leave I thought then Luke told her to stay so she can enjoy the rest of the night ( this is where I thought she should of left or had a choice no matter what Luke said)

I wouldn't be surprised if it's some corporate giant like BlackRock wanting to destroy these games from the inside.
They've tried pushing VISA and MasterCard to bully Steam, it didn't work as well as they hoped.

I hate when a character smiles and their smile never ends, completely ruining their face.
A little bit more smile and it would be a horror game.

I like this update and Katherine is still one of my favorite, sexy and lovely characters.
But I said it before, for me it is her story and I want to watch her explore different things. The unnecessary focus on Luke during her sex scenes, even if he isn't around at all, is a hard mood killer for me. I can understand, why somethings with him have been inside after she had the scene and starts to regret what she has done. But to see his face over and over again, while she has a sex scene isn't necessary and I hope that Bobby will finally change this in the future.

dude this isnt an fmc game, stop trying to turn it into that - because that's exactly what you're describing. Go find an FMC game to play, there's thousands of them on the site.

It is a game with obviously changing MCs and that let's you take choices and routes, so it can be the kind of game you want to play. If you can't live with that, than this is your problem. Let me play it the way I like, I do not complain about your style either.

id only agree with animation bit because I like it when I see non sex animations yeah they may be AI and not everyone likes that but it's the only time i'm okay with AI as usually that be a waste of dev time for most dev's and not worth making the animation by hand. Plus for me most of them didn't look horrible to me but that could be cause of the viewing distance between my TV and bed lol. Not sure cause I feel im one of the few that didn't think they looked horrible outside of some of them

Just ignore the negative trolls. Nothing he says matters anyway and the best thing to do is simply ignore people like that on here because they have nothing better to do. As long as you enjoy the VN that is all that matters.

Aside from that, enjoy The East Block Chapter 8 the way you like, because it is VERY good overall and I'm already looking forward to Chapter 9. Cheers, friend!

No disrespect to the game or dev but who keeps talking all these devs into using AI animations? It just ruins the immersion immediately its so jarring. Seems like everyones taking the easy way out lately with this and ruining their product.

It's just that. Taking the easy way out. They think it's a way to enhance their games without actually doing any more work. It's not. Most of the animations look like shit.

And they realize this. They have eyes. They just don't care. Now they get to claim that their games have animations. This guy's calling them "full-motion videos" lol. Ooh, so fancy! Their perceived quality and value goes up. Supporters tolerate the slop, so their bottom line remains unaffected. There are no downsides. That's why everyone's doing it.
