Dare I ask can anyone tell me on how I can get more character save slots?
is it that you can add more or is it that you have multiple characters in between different save slots?

There a config file (notepad file to edit, there a slot number in it to change), although if you set it too high it may cause some problem if your computer ain't powerful enough.

This game is BIG and has a lot of elements that would need a lot of work to get it on mobile. It may be possible but it's definitely not the dev's priority nor do I think it's as popular in Japan as it is in the western world. I only ever see mobile ports of big games here in the west, but feel free to correct me

Mobile games are insanely popular in Japan. It's just that most of the time, because it's so popular, Japan tends to just make mobile entries of games (see something like Kingdom Hearts Union x Cross) or just make them for portable devices like Switch. And all the ports tend to be older games like the Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy series got mobile ports. They definitely port games to mobile, probably way more than the West does.
It doesn't detect my outfits, it has generated 90 outfits but they are all Ricca's default outfit
YES there 90 "default outfits" So "YOU" can a Make a Bunny Ricca outfit And Then You can Make a Dog Ricca outfit and then you have (88) MORE Slots to make Ouher Outfits!
Get almost all the white crystals from the levels and you will unlock this level

I've installed 4K high-res & uncen, but it doesn't work for version 1.3.6 (the game won't run). Is there any other solution besides using version 1.3.2?

Yes, there are uncensored patches in this thread as well as various save files found in this thread. Can't recall anything about cheats but some of the 100% saves have pretty high stats with virtually everything unlocked.
