Even Aorrta doesn't know the answer to that question. At some point. But this can mean an extra week as well as another 3 months.

There's so many things to do behind the scenes that unless you're interested to speak to a dev about it, no one really pays much thought to how complex it is. On top of that, unfortunately this dev is known to miss deadlines so it's a combination of factors.
