I will never understand why Devs do things like disabling rollback with mousewheel.. all it does is make the game more annoying to play cause you need to save nonstop.

You deleted the return at the end of the line. So
config.console = False
config.console_history_size = 100

became
config.console = False config.console_history_size = 100

It's very important when monkeying with code that you do things precisely.
