One thing that I would change is the bushes in the fun area. I mean, I get that we are in a medieval setting, but would be nice to see also some well groomed bushes, some trimmed [...]
Seems always the case in
The Fiery Scion (TFS) maybe due to Honey Select, which, if it could do more, Vander might make them less this way, which would be good. They're all far from your other description, which (and a previous reply to me) was exaggeration, inaccurate for all TFS characters. I only recall one very hairy natural-looking bush in any (of 10+ similar) videogame/visual_novel (VG/VN) I've ever played, not TFS rather than maybe an early using Daz 3D (messy curls of long hairs--each their own 3D object--though all other Daz 3D women have less than most in TFS). TFS is most realistic/naturalistic for the largest number of characters, but every single one is at least very well-groomed, i.e., partly-trimmed, more or less half the time even mostly, i.e., shaved except at top of vulva (so at least half-shaved). I guess Honey Select only shows short, neat hairs there, and may take more setup/modelling effort/time at more than top. If anything, all TFS characters look like when pornography started to become popular--not truly Mediaeval--but if they were all like Laura (not shaved around vulva, but still neat/trimmed, entirely shaved nearby on legs, all historically uncommon) there might be more complaints, fewer players. She looks better there than most other characters, and I commend Vander for making all (except (half-)elves) have at least some hair there.
I guess some younger people never saw a natural bush, or only saw partly-/all-shaved, so consider that 'normal', which is just something people did for pornography (porn(o), pr0n) (easier for them) then many copied for no apparent reason (eventually just "everybody's doing it"). As a teen--without much pubic hair--I thought that was weird: understandable viewpoint when one is such a teen. Such hairs commonly grow over 1" (2.54 cm) or few/two inches, which I don't think any Honey Select character looks like: mostly/all very neat, maybe not more than cm, sometimes even mere mm. That's not necessarily bad, just due to Honey Select being semi-realistic/3D cartoons--may not do much/any advanced patterns to full 3D.
If you view older erotica-/porn-stars (even younger years) before shaving became common, they usually have hair beside their vulva on legs, which looks most natural, and in Mediaeval times, no normal woman likely shaved anywhere. That's all so uncommon now (may look unusual/weird) but I'd never criticize nor say looks bad (abnormal/illness conditions, like on women who get beards (and one woman had 28-inch pubic hair) might look bad, but shouldn't criticize anyone, because it's been making large number of people feel ashamed or as if they're not normal, when they are). However, not a single Honey Select character nor even Daz 3D one (where probably possible) has such older styles. That doesn't bother me. TFS is good as-is; Vander maybe decided to balance number of characters that look extremely close to Mediaeval and number partly-shaved: postmodern style for postmodern fans... maybe also reason (half-)elves don't have hair except on heads... not a fan of the aspect, yet hope there will be more elves/etc. (fairies?) (fan of such fantasy races).
I mean, shaving and trimming ones pubic hair goes back to the ancient times.
In Egypt, not European/Western world (TFS is mostly influenced by) which as someone said, started in 1980s (except maybe a few prostitutes with money/time/tools and took the risk) but didn't grow in popularity until later nor become common until even later (still probably more Anglosphere, NW than other Europe as much, let alone rest of world).
At least clean them a bit, like a well shaped triangle
That's almost always the case on women anyway (when you consider entire area from above vulva to around to perinuem, when all in TFS don't show leg hair, but many might have it, just not part of Honey Select) unless they have more hair than average... no TFS character is known to, though possibly people in further Southern & Eastern countries or similar locations people are described 'swarthy' might have that (not just triangular downwards, but upward a little to(wards) bellybutton)... still, that's likely uncommon on women, maybe even in such locations... slight facial fuzz might be more common, but I'm not complaining Honey Select probably doesn't do these (not unlikely Erika has these, as near/from such location and arguably one of the highest-testosterone women in the game).
or at least keep the area near the labias clean xD
Makes no sense to me people describe hair 'unclean': it's not. Characters like Laura look best there (possibly also Sarah, but I forgot due to liking Naesala more, despite lack there). Aiofe looks okay there (partially-shaved but still maybe only 25% to 50%). Shaving around entire labia looks unnatural/bad. That's your preference--nothing wrong with that--but mainly a rare (ancient Egyptian and modern Western) phenomenon: doesn't fit game setting. I don't see how anyone
can't like blonde to even red vulva hair (even shorter/trimmed, hopefully not partly-shaved) (if they're not afraid of redheads or whatever)... most natural redhead porn-/erotica-stars keep it, and likely most natural blonde ones (most are just fake) do... and yellow is scientifically known as most eye-catching colour, with orange & red possibly the next ones (more than skin colours)... black hair is most common, so unfortunately most stars shave it (probably not most average people, as normal outside the West) but I'm not black-haired so think it looks just as attractive (definitely eye-catching due to contrast).
I consider general (semi-)realistic graphics/art (not any one aspect), setting, story, even Honey Select's better motion (especially sex scenes) (than Daz 3D, though may be slowly improving) more important (TFS is excellent in all this). I viewed erotica since early-to-mid 1990s, but shaving has been common since before then (even magazines) though more variety--at least after Internet Relay Chat (IRC) and then World Wide Web (WWW) started--was before '80s and after '90s (except obscure places) though I wasn't aware until late '0s, when I considered natural pubic hair to look best. Now if erotica/porn doesn't have that, or is even excessively-shaved, I usually immediately close... but if a VG/VN has mostly-shaved characters, but still good story, I usually play/finish. TFS is among #1 best VG/VN stories, and the #1 best characters (maybe Daz 3D can do more variety including non-humanoid, but no other VG/VN has as good characters).
