People were saying Athagan is confirmed to pass away in game, which is false.
Vander only said Liliana (Athagan's wife) will join harem, which people assume means Athagan dies, which Vander hasn't confirmed.

Other players pointed out this may happen because of Aetas law a woman must have two or more children, so also possible Liliana gets warned she hasn't fulfilled law and Athagan sees MC only one to fulfill it.

No one really knows yet; either way hasn't happened. Of course, I'd see it odd for Liliana to join harem (rather than just get pregnant) so people are possibly/probably correct assuming despite not actually confirmed either way.

i'd say its like 90% chance Athagan dies in some epic battle whit a demon lord or something the remaining 10% for any other cause off death like old age/disease/assassination.

Kes has several personal problems, but I don't think resenting Athagan has to do with whether she'd join harem; she works for MC's party who works for Athagan, so if she can get her scars healed and is attracted to MC (I hope so) that'd presumably be even less a problem than working for Athagan.

well yeah the scars play a large role in her self esteem, the MC has discussed kes whit Karla and Lilianna ,but indeed its not only the scars that has her reluctant to seek a relationship.

She also seems to be the romantic type. flower & dates etc. a very feminine type off dreamy romance type off girl.
When(if?) she joins the harem i think she'll leave the adventure party sooner rather then later regardless off pregnancy.

Yeah... I guess I did not articulate my point well. I was trying to convey the balk of the trolll kill because it was a child. and the demon control was a hypothetical that would require a hard choice that may be against her morals but for a greater good which would in turn let her actually face a choice lke Athagan leading to a little more introspection.

its a good idea in general but for a low self esteem person (like kes is currently) the guilt would probably push her into the wrong direction (like depression or self loathing)

i doubt that's the character development we'd like kes to have,but then again helping her whit that kinda problem is a viable route

That's a mod error. Did you follow the instructions on the mod's homepage?

* works with Part 1 and 2, delete any pre v0.15d "game/mod/" folder.

Regardless, you should probably post about that in the mod thread instead of this one. Before you do, though, I would uninstall fully and reinstall so you have a known-clean folder without the mod, and just play like that. You don't really need the mod at all for this game.

It'd be interesting to see small map of Aetas and surrounding lands. Since Vander said world of The Fiery Scion (TFS) is/was made for his tabletop roleplaying game (RPG, perhaps Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) or whatever else) I'd guess such map exists. I think it'd add a lot to TFS game, help understand the story and think about what's going on in it, and make it a lot more fun. Even one the first 1900s fantasy book series, The Lord of The Rings (LoTR) has maps in novels though at that point was no game you needed maps (LoTR RPG came much later).
        I was surprised how many people dislike content of lesbian/bisexual ladies. It's not something I seek out, but some friends consider it a turn-on, so after they explained, it doesn't bother me, and I think due to nature of TFS fantasy world (curse causing fewer male babies born) it makes sense to have that aspect in the world and adds to the story.
        I saw players correcting grammar in TFS writing, so I suggest writing or pasting into a word processor... if one doesn't have Microsoft Office, I suggest Free/Libre Software such as Open/Libre Office which runs on more operating systems and newer variant (Libre) has grammar checker, though I don't know how powerful it is.

Yes. You cannot load Part 1 saves in Part 2 except saves at the very specifically-labeled point at the very end of Part 1. If you have a save from 7a, you must play Part 1 first, complete it, then start Part 2. If you start a new game in Part 2, you will miss everything that happened in updates 8-12.

i'd sugguest downloading part 1 again and playing till you hit the "SAVE NOW" screen which you then can load(you need to load that save ,NOT hit start) into part 2 (currently 19d)

When games have multiple Parts/Seasons/executables like this, they don't usually keep older versions linked in the OP. That's the case here, too. You have the "Download" links (which are Update 19d, the most current version of Part 2), and the "Part 1" links (which are not numbered other than as "Part 1 V2" because they received bugfixes after Part 2 was already out). So you don't actually need to get the specific "update 12" files. Just get Part 1 V2 from the OP here.

It could be considered something that makes them noble, but I'm not sure. At least in Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) roleplaying game (RPG) they have titles used for respect, similar to fighters/warriors who achieve rank of Lord/Lady. Later on, even The Pope (or others such as Orthodox Ecumenical Patriarch in Greece and Eastern Europe and Hellenistic world) was higher than Kings because he appoints/crowns Kings (still done today by some churches in Europe/Britain including Anglican/Episcopal).
