Have not played with all choices but...
The Narrator There is a fairly large issue currently with Elizabeth and MC story consistency, from the first part of the story (prior to visiting Scarlett/staying home), through the end of the current release & group activity.
Prior to leaving for Scarlett's place a few things can happen, depending on if the player chooses to play as Lisa for a short period...
1) Lisa and MC exploration/experimentation, possible voyeurism of Elizabeth
2) Lisa and Elizabeth 'get closer' as Lisa attempts to seduce Elizabeth and opens her up to the idea of 'family bonding' to include the MC and have all of them get 'closer'
3) Elizabeth flips the table and surprises Lisa with the proposition and the two of them explore the possibilities (and we see the beginnings of how open minded Elizabeth is).
4) Elizabeth and Lisa discuss making the 'family bonding time' a real situation and Elizabeth seems open to the idea, even wanting to know how Lisa plans to make it happen
5) MC hears a cryptic conversation with Elizabeth and Scarlett regarding some man needed to join Scarlett, that we as the player probably understand to be the MC, but it's not outright stated and the MC is 'confused' who they may be talking about
**It's mentioned during this conversation by Elizabeth to Scarlett that if they find a guy, Elizabeth would join the show along with Scarlet and the guy
6) MC finds Scarlett's OF page, then finds Elizabeth's OF page and is excited and has some 'me time'
7) Elizabeth catches MC in the act and a conversation occurs where we find out that Elizabeth worked in the adult industry, so did the 'landlord'. She is very open-minded and suggests the MC not work as hard as he is on the Ren'py coding, and work with her on the adult side of things since they will make more money and he's better suited to that work
Then we have the visit to Scarlett (I only played this version, not the stay home version):
1) Elizabeth and the MC have a conversation in the car and he get's excited and Elizabeth helps 'relieve the pressure'
After this point, when arriving at Scarlett's house the story inconsistencies start to happen...
1) When choosing sleeping options the MC and Elizabeth have the option to sleep together
2) The MC can cuddle her and if choosing to do so, and let her know it's him, she act's completely different than up to this point, where she doesn't seem to like the MC cuddling up and seems to indicate that he's doing something wrong
3) If the options chosen where the MC doesn't reveal himself and sex occurs, if he then let's her know it's him, she acts like it's some surprising situation that she never wanted or expected
4) If sex occurs she then curls up, apparently shocked at what happened and doesn't want to talk to the MC
5) Later in shopping she then suddenly is super interested in the MC again, doesn't mention anything about their earlier conversation about the OF page/adult broadcasting, nor does she mention about the sharing a bed scene.
Finally we have the end of the current version...
1) The MC and Scarlett are having some adult time and Elizabeth comes in the room/discovers them
2) She acts like she's intruding and leaves and is basically 'convinced' to stay
3) The issue here is that early on, prior to visiting Scarlett, Elizabeth and Scarlett's conversation implies that if Scarlett found a guy to do her OF show, Elizabeth would join in so it's unclear why Elizabeth would hesitate here and not ask to join right off the bat.
This back and forth attitude from Elizabeth makes the story flow weirdly. She already told the MC she has 'unusual appetites' for sex, implying that she wants sex a lot more than others and that's one reason she did adult films and has the OF page now. She also hints that she is very open-minded and doesn't hesitate to tell the MC that she thinks he's attractive to her as a man. With this already established she should be open sexually for things at Scarlett's place yet she seems entirely out of character during the shared bed scene vs before or after it.
By the time Elizabeth catches the MC and Scarlett having sex, it's highly likely the MC and Elizabeth have had sex, and from the earlier hug between Scarlett and Elizabeth it seems they have also had 'close relations' so why does Elizabeth need 'convincing'? Why does Elizabeth change personality so much in the middle of the game when visiting Scarlett?
Someone mentioned that the story is 'going back to the original plan' and not sure what that is, but things overall were fairly straight forward with all the other characters, other than Elizabeth and their stories more or less were consistent. Will the dialogue be updated so Elizabeth's interactions are more consistent?
This could be as easy as just setting flags if certain prior conversations occurred, and if so then different dialogue for the scenes would trigger instead of whatever the default is now. Anything that would have all the characters remember the earlier scenes that happened and conversations that occurred would be better than what we have now.

When you start you can pick kinetic or vn with choices

Either way, unless the dialogue changes, the scenes are jumbled af as mentioned. Hopefully they get corrected.
