In regards to the male start stuff. I rarely get feedback on this sort of thing so it's hard for me to know how much of a push to make on something. The story is meant to be about Sammy and not the person she used to be before, who she was before is meant just to tailor your roleplaying a bit better, but eventually she becomes "Sammy" no matter what you pick. Seems though a lot of people think that happens a bit too quickly. Or is is the lack of comments related to it?
The way it works currently, is there is a tracker that counts every time you do something. Gain stats, pass a day, wear specific clothes, have sex. Once it reaches maximum, male start Sammy fully accepts her new body and life. Seems though it happens fairly consistently over 2 weeks almost as if on a timer. More feedback is appreciated.
The crop hoodie has been removed from the tops slot and moved to the coat slot. It's only showing for you because it's an older save, a new gave wont have it.

If the conversation has started about roleplaying, then I have a question. Is it possible to make perks switchable? For example: the "child free" perk. When certain conditions are met, it disappears. Why can't Sammy remain "child free"? There are other perks, for example "Bimbo". I want to turn it off, but I can't. Similar to "Alcoholic".
Is it possible to add conditions for perks to switch to an “active” and “passive” state?
For example: Sammy got "Alcoholic". If she does not consume alcohol for a certain time, the player can switch the perk to a "passive" state. Or vice versa, turn it on if she drank alcohol.
If you can switch perks, the possibilities for character customization will expand significantly.

For example, “you can enter but not leave” - a girl is pregnant, she comes to the curator to buy a means of abortion. The curator convinces the girl, using various “bonuses,” to go through an “accelerated” pregnancy. The girl periodically comes to her curator for medications. While waiting, “prepared” (expensive clothes, training in psychological manipulation) “street walkers” convince the girl to become a “street walker” herself. After work, the reputation quickly spreads in the city and the girl can only work as a “street walker”.
