People leaving low star reviews because 'no incest' this time around??? What a dumb reason. Following that logic, people should go and leave 1 star reviews for 'no furry-gay-tentacle-rape' in any other game. Most reviews lack constructive complaints and praises anyway, it doesn't need kink-shaming (or lack of kinks) as well.
If a game doesn't cater to your likes and kinks, just call it a day and move on to something that does, if you are gonna harp on about taste, you'll be at it for the rest of your life.

NLT was pretty big into the incest stuff a few years ago so its not completely out of nowhere. It's just Patreon has a strict rule against it that they started enforcing a while back so they had to stop doing it. It was roughly when Lust Epidemic was like 20% complete.
Still stupid though. A large portion of games with the Incest tag pretty much has to have a mod or something to make it actually read that way. So it perplexes me when people leave that kind of review.

People were judging it by the incest games standards, then it might appear as pretty good. But now that he abandoned the theme it's no longer rated as "an incest game", but just "a game", so different standards.
You could be considered the best blacksmith your village has ever seen, but that doesn't neccessary mean you're good at what you're doing, it could be just that your village has never had a good blacksmith before you, and you're not that much better than the ones that came before you, you're just slightly quicker which still makes you pretty bad.
