This happens when you copy save files and folders to the save folder on your device. What you need to do is to go to the folder where your saves are stored and delete all of the folders inside it, keeping the files, and restart the game. DO NOT DELETE ANY OF THE FILES! When you restart the game it should recreate the folders appropriate to the version of nwjs on your machine automatically, your saves will still be there and work normally, and the annoying nwjs message gone. Just to be extra cautious make a copy of the save folder first so you can put everything back as it was if worst comes to worst.
