Not sure if that's fully correct and stable solution but merging contents of "www" folder of windows game with "Resources/app.nw" folder of mac game seems to work for me. However, I used the full version of a win recent release.
I read the notes on the patch and it says there will probably be a patch when the game nears completion so the dialogue can be completely rewritten. I decided to wait this release out until it's done anyway, so doesn't bother me.

Honestly im not sure its truly all about no incest and more people are realising without their primary kink driving them on the issue with the devs games is they are pretty much the exact same experience each time albeit with different cast of characters more or less.
