Yes, it's stupid because it doesn't belong in the phone. The Booty Calls and the Scene Player make sense, but not Load and Save. It's not like NLT put it in the phone because they were trying to save space in the main menu. They put the player inventory (sans "treasures" and "tools") in the main menu. The "Album" item in the main menu should be moved into the phone and Load/Save moved to the main menu. If the entire UI was in the phone, it would be a different story, but it's not.
